Filters were replaced , electrical connections checked, and all components verified for proper function. The thermostat was calibrated, and safety controls tested. After ensuring everything was in order, I restarted the furnace to confirm it operated efficiently, ensuring optimal heating performance and extending the appliance's lifespan.

Client decided to replace the air conditioner. Remove the old Ducane system that was over 30 years old. Installed a brand new Bryant system. Carefully matched up with AHRI ratings with the furnace so the air conditioner is now rated at 17.5 SEER2.

HVAC replacement install. Carl was prompt, courteous and constantly kept me in the know of what was going on. Some issues arose with the install but Carl worked through them with patience. The install took longer than planned, but Carl worked diligently. I will use him in the future for servicing this unit as well as my other unit. Carl is meticulous and detailed in his work. He does not cut corners and does the job required. Pricing is very fair. His quote included a few other things other installers did not even consider and his price was even a little lower than other installers for similar equipment.

Heater went down during a snow storm. Carl came out next day and diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it same day. I felt the price was very fair also. Would call again.

Mr Mossor was here on time as promised he was very good in checking my system out and finding two issues that needed immediate attention. He got the parts and fixed them in a short period of time and his prices we very reasonable and I would use him again
