Heat pump maintenance call. Performed heat pump maintenance inspection on Lennox equipment. Replace thermostat with corroded batteries.

Air conditioning service call. Found thermostat with no display. Replaced existing Braeburn thermostat with a new Honeywell Home thermostat which corrected issue and now home is cooling with Rheem equipment.

Air conditioning service call. Found low pressure switch had failed although refrigerant pressures were adequate and static position. Repaired refrigerant pressure switch on Carrier.

Air conditioning service call. Found compressor exploded at the wiring harness connection on Carrier.

Air conditioning service call. Found improper solder / brazed refrigerant joint that was leaking refrigerant from the previous installation company on Daikin.

Heat Pump System Replacement Call. Replaced Goodman heat pump system with a Rheem heat pump system.

Air-conditioning service call. Found Goodman air conditioning, frozen up with ice.

Air conditioning service call. Performed AC repair on Trane. Found EZ trap obstructed, which had triggered the safety and shut the system down. Cleaned EZ trap and system began operating.

Air conditioning service call. Perform AC repair on Goodman. Found water leaking from the air handler in the attic. Discovered condensation trap clogged up with gunk from contaminants coming out of the air and off the metal of the coil. Found air filter completely obstructed with dirt. Perform necessary repairs. Check refrigerant levels.

Perform air conditioning maintenance on two systems. Brand name of systems were Rheem and Lennox. Found Lennox system low on refrigerant and added refrigerant accordingly. Found air filters dirty in both systems. Replace thermostat on a Lennox system to accommodate the clients needs.

New air conditioner, and high-efficiency natural gas furnace installation call. Installed Bryant equipment. Frederick County inspections passed system installation.

Air-conditioning service call on Goodman. Found contactor, sticking and keeping the outdoor unit when the equipment was not calling for cooling. Replace the contactor and check the operation.

Air conditioner system replacement. Gas furnace was installed last November. The air conditioning system had been freezing up while I it was using the old R 22 refrigerant. Client decided to replace the air conditioner. Remove the old Ducane system that was over 30 years old. Installed a brand new Bryant system. Carefully matched up with AHRI ratings with the furnace so the air conditioner is now rated at 17.5 SEER2.

Gas furnace inspection on newly installed Rheem gas furnace off the Berryville Pike. Frederick County inspections department passed mechanical and gas fire up inspection as required by Virginia code.

Heat pump air conditioner replacement installation call on Rheem. Installed a 15.2 SEER2 heat pump and air handler in combination with an existing hot water coil heated with an oil furnace in downtown Winchester.

Air conditioning service call on a Heil system. Found contactor, not making full contact as a portion of the contact points have burned out. Replace contactor.

Air conditioning service call in the Macedonia area of Stephens city. Perform air conditioning diagnostics on a Goodman unit. Found a capacitor blown. Check the compressor and found a path to ground. Compressor has not completely grounded out to where it’s inoperable. Temporarily replaced capacitor. Will be building proposal to replace the system.

Air-conditioning service call. Found electrical wiring disconnected on a Goodman furnace. Repaired wiring and got the air conditioning system working again.

Performed maintenance inspection and precision tune-up on Heil. Inspected the thermostat, indoor coil, electrical wiring, blower motor and blower wheel assembly, outdoor coil, condenser motor, condenser fan blade, refrigerant, etc. Flushed condensation pan and piping with water. ISSUES DETECTED: 1. Primary power wire coming into the air handler is aluminum. This violates Virginia codes as it has been documented to cause fires. 2. Blower wheel is dirty. 3. Indoor coil is dirty.

Air conditioning service call. Outside unit was not running. Found outdoor dual run capacitor blown. Replaced capacitor.Checked refrigerant levels. Refrigerant levels for specs. System is now cooling for Goodman at the Lake Holiday location in Cross Junction.

Proceed to check the thermostat. Found thermostat batteries weak and replaced with customer provided batteries. Started to inspect the air handler. Found the indoor coil frozen partially. Thawed the ice off the indoor coil. Went outside to the heat pump and checked refrigerant levels. Found the refrigerant low on R410A refrigerant. Recommended system replacement. Client agreed with such decision. Will be drafting proposal to replace.

Recovering refrigerant at the Cedar Creek Primitive Baptist Church. System was overcharged on refrigerant. We are recovering refrigerants to help with system operation and overall performance, including lower electricity bills.

Air conditioning service call. Performed air conditioning repair on Goodman. Found capacitor blown because of the excessive heat wave. Replaced dual run capacitor. Check system operation and found working and specs.

Air-conditioning maintenance call. Performed AC tuneup on two systems. Systems were Heil and Rheem. Outdoor dual run capacitor on Heil was weak. Replace capacitor. Provider replacement proposal for the Rheem system that was converted at some point to a different refrigerant from the original R 22.

Heat pump service call. Found condenser motor not starting after the reset button was engaged. Rheem heat pump had initially faulted on a high head pressure switch. Check refrigerant pressures and temperatures and found with specs.
