Carl was able to get to our house on short notice on a weeknight when we sprang a radiator leak just before Thanksgiving with a houseful if guests on the way! Looked like a disaster looming but he got the problem stopped quickly and gave us an accurate estimate of the time it would take to get the radiator replaced.
